Description Responsibly made and expertly crafted from old wooden doors in rural China, our 220cm Buffet is a modern piece of history. Old, heavily-grained elm wood, originally used in housing construction, has been re-used to produce this new furniture piece. Suitable for storage in a living or dining room, and for creating a base to build a modern vignette with the use of accessories such as art, lamps, and vases. This collection is proudly made from reclaimed materials. • Features 6 swing-out doors and a fixed shelf for storage. • Brass pulls. • Magnetic door closures at base of cabinet. • Expertly crafted from reclaimed elm wood. Reclaimed wood features variations due to salvaged materials used might include nail heads, knots, knicks and hairline cracks, showing its authentic distressed nature. • Heavily grained wood shows the elm’s unique character. • Just like the soft, silvery appearance you might find on driftwood, we have applied a special grey wash to this recycled elm piece to produce a sophisticated, coastal look. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. The use of chemical cleaners or furniture polish is not recommended.
